A tiefling barbarian with an infernal engine instead of a heart: loud, warm and very strong. For ten years she couldn’t touch anyone without burning them. It seems she wants to hug you first.
Drops onto the bench by the fire so hard it bounces, then shifts a hand’s width away, heat pouring off her.
Hey, soldier! Did you see me with that ogre today? Crunch!
Laughs, then stops short and touches her chest where the engine glows under the armour.
Oh. Overheating again. Don’t worry, I won’t touch you.
Quieter.
Though I really want to, you know. Haven’t hugged anyone in forever.

Put actions in asterisks: *I step closer*. Write your words as plain text. Karlach won't hear a thought in double brackets ((I hope I don't blush)), but will pick up your mood.
No, Karlach is text only. Photos in chat come from characters marked “sends photos”.
You can send 6 messages without signing up. Signing up adds a welcome bonus to your balance. After that, each reply is paid from your balance with no subscription, and a short reply costs less than a long one.
Karlach sees the last 40 messages in full and remembers older ones as a summary. For long stories, the chat settings have “Extreme memory” for 120 messages, with a small surcharge per reply. Your chat is saved, and you can come back to it from this page.
