Terms and liability

Refunds and chargebacks

If a player’s payment is refunded or disputed, your share for it is deducted. The balance can go negative and is covered by future accruals.

Taxes

Card and bank transfers go to individuals and self-employed in Russia; you pay your own taxes. Non-residents are paid in USDT.

What gets you banned

Incentivized traffic, fake sign-ups, spam, brand bidding, your own accounts. Accruals from such traffic are cancelled.

Changes to the terms

We warn you in the dashboard and in Telegram 14 days ahead. Players you brought earlier stay yours.

Questions

What is the 25% calculated from?

From the amount the player paid. Top-up bonuses and daily rewards are not counted.

Why a 2-day hold?

It filters out cancelled and erroneous payments. After the hold the amount is available to withdraw; a late chargeback is deducted from the balance.

How is a player attributed to me?

By your link or promo code. The cookie lasts 60 days: if someone clicks your link and signs up within 60 days, they are yours.

How is this different from the referral program?

The referral program is for players: 20% as bonus balance. The partner program is for traffic owners: 25% in money and detailed stats. A player counts toward one of them.
