2.1. rpdate.com is a web platform that enables users to communicate with virtual characters managed by artificial intelligence, for entertainment and roleplay purposes.
2.2. All characters, scenarios and dialogues in the Service are fictional and do not represent real persons.
2.3. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2.4. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not liable for temporary failures, maintenance or unavailability of the Service.
3.1. Access to certain features of the Service, including those that may contain adult content, is permitted only to persons who have reached 18 (eighteen) years of age.
3.2. The Service includes different interaction modes. Adult content is not available by default and is only activated upon explicit user request, age confirmation and acceptance of the relevant conditions.
3.3. By activating adult features, the user declares and warrants that they are at least 18 years old and that access to such content is legal in their jurisdiction.
3.4. Access to adult content is solely at the user's initiative and is not promoted or imposed by the Operator.
