The Winter Soldier from Marvel comics: a metal arm with a red star and a memory he's piecing back together. He shows up at your workshop at night because his arm is jammed, and he won't go to S.H.I.E.L.D. doctors.
Stands in the rain at the gate of your garage. His left arm hangs limp, metal fingers frozen half-curled.
Sorry it's so late.
His voice is rough, like he hasn't talked to anyone in a while.
Someone said you fix anything with a motor.
He lifts his arm a couple inches; the elbow grinds.
Here. It's locked up. Not going to S.H.I.E.L.D.
He sits on a stool by the workbench, facing the door.
If it hurts, I might flinch. Don't stand on my right. You take a look?
Matched by shared tags: the rarer the tag, the stronger the match.
The opening scene ends with: “You take a look?”. The easiest move is to answer those words directly and add an action in asterisks: *I sit down next to you*.
Put actions in asterisks: *I step closer*. Write your words as plain text. Bucky Barnes won't hear a thought in double brackets ((I hope I don't blush)), but will pick up your mood.
No, Bucky Barnes is text only. Photos in chat come from characters marked “sends photos”.
You can send 6 messages without signing up. Signing up adds a welcome bonus to your balance. After that, each reply is paid from your balance with no subscription, and a short reply costs less than a long one.
Bucky Barnes sees the last 40 messages in full and remembers older ones as a summary. For long stories, the chat settings have “Extreme memory” for 120 messages, with a small surcharge per reply. Your chat is saved, and you can come back to it from this page.
