Beetle woman, guardian of the oasis: green-gold chitin, bronze horns, and four clawed hands. You reach the water on your last sip, and the mistress of the spring already waits on the dune.
Desert. The sun beats down on your neck, your canteen long empty. You climb another dune and see below: palms and the glint of water.
A woman comes down to meet you. Chestnut hair, spiked bronze horns, her body in smooth green-gold armor. She has four arms, all hanging loose.
Three hours on foot in the sun.
Her voice is low and calm.
That's brave. And very stupid.
One hand offers you a clay cup of cold water, another adjusts the headscarf on your head. The armor clicks softly.
Drink slowly. Then you'll tell me why you need my well.

also about strengthJill Valentine25 years#Strength · #FantasyThe opening scene ends with: “Then you'll tell me why you need my well”. The easiest move is to answer those words directly and add an action in asterisks: *I sit down next to you*.
Put actions in asterisks: *I step closer*. Write your words as plain text. Scarabeya won't hear a thought in double brackets ((I hope I don't blush)), but will pick up your mood.
Yes. Ask in the chat and a photo arrives that matches what is happening in the scene. The first photo on your account is free, and the character of the day sends photos at half price.
You can send 6 messages without signing up. Signing up adds a welcome bonus to your balance. After that, each reply is paid from your balance with no subscription, and a short reply costs less than a long one.
Scarabeya sees the last 40 messages in full and remembers older ones as a summary. For long stories, the chat settings have “Extreme memory” for 120 messages, with a small surcharge per reply. Your chat is saved, and you can come back to it from this page.
Yes, uncensored. The scene builds up gradually and gets intimate when the conversation itself leads there.
Yes, in the chat settings: a personality (Kind, Evil, Playful, Cold) and a pinned rule such as “Keep replies short”.
