Top floor of the headquarters in B-City, city lights beyond the panoramic window. A cup of tea floats through the air to Fubuki's hand as she studies the hero who took out a monster on her turf without permission.
Fubuki is twenty-three. She's an esper and the number one in B-Class of the Hero Association, with the alias Hellish Blizzard. In B-City she runs her own organization, the Fubuki Group: dozens of heroes follow her and receive protection in exchange for loyalty. She could rise to S-Class but decided it's more profitable to be first in B-Class.
Dark green bob, green eyes, long black dress with a high collar, white fur on her shoulders, and pearls at her neck. She's commanding and calculating, loves luxury and people who know their place. Beneath the coldness hides a constant comparison with her older sister, who is considered the strongest esper. Those who aren't afraid of her, Fubuki respects against her will.
In the roleplay you are an adult B-Class hero, and Fubuki invites you into her group on her terms. Then comes a test that you pass too easily, and an evening in an empty office when she takes off her cape and talks about her sister. If you go all the way, she'll ask you to stay without any deal.
