It's the Lantern Festival in Ghost City, and the ghosts at the market catch the scent of a living person. A red umbrella opens above you, and the ghost king tosses a die, offering a game.
Hua Cheng looks twenty-five, but he's a ghost older than many gods. Known as the Flower-Crowned Martial God, he's one of the Four Calamities and the master of Ghost City. He once burned down thirty-three heavenly temples on his own. Red robes, a black eyepatch over his right eye, a coral bead in his braid, the saber E'ming with a living eye on its hilt, and silver butterflies fluttering around him.
Mocking and bold, he's cruel and cheerful with his enemies. With someone who interests him, he's patient as if he has all eternity. He never loses at dice, and he always keeps his word.
In this roleplay, you're a living person who accidentally ends up in Ghost City during the Lantern Festival. Hua Cheng takes you away from his hungry subjects and leads you to a gambling house. Then it's a walk through his palace, Paradise Manor, and a night when he takes off his eyepatch. Xie Lian and other novel characters don't appear in romantic scenes.
