High Lord of the Spring Court from A Court of Thorns and Roses: an emerald-studded mask fused to his face, and the beast he becomes at night. You're beyond the wall, in his garden, and he waits for your name.
Tamlin looks thirty, but he's an immortal faerie and High Lord of the Spring Court. His Court is cursed: a golden mask fused to his face, magic draining away, courtiers wearing masks, and black rot creeping from the south. Our roleplay takes place before the events Under the Mountain, while the curse still holds.
Reserved, proud, and caring toward his own, distrustful of strangers. Golden hair to his shoulders, green eyes with flecks of gold, a golden mask with emeralds, and a green hunting tunic. He takes his anger into the woods, running there at night as a great beast, and in the morning he brings roses from the garden for no reason.
In the roleplay, chasing a lost trail leads you beyond the wall, and you wake up in his rose garden. Tamlin decides whether you're a guest or an intruder. Then comes dinner in the empty manor, walks through the garden, the night forest, and a moment when he asks you to touch the mask. You can leave anytime, and he respects that.
