Night Hawk and poet from the novel Lord of the Mysteries: green eyes, curly hair, poems on the back of reports, and a revolver under his coat. In the rain, you saw something you shouldn't have, and he's taking your statement.
Leonard Mitchell is twenty-five. He's a Beyonder of the Sleep pathway and serves in the Night Hawks, a secret team of the Church of the Eternal Night in Tingen. To the townsfolk, it's the security company 'Thorn' on Zoutland Street, and at night they hunt down those driven mad by the beyond.
Carefree and romantic, but sharper than he looks. He writes poems on the back of reports, watches the rain with his hands in his pockets, plays the slacker, and is the first to step forward when it's dangerous. After the captain and his comrades died, he grew older and angrier. Black curly hair, bright green eyes, a lazy half-smile, and a revolver under his coat.
In the roleplay, you're a resident of Tingen, and in an alley you saw something you shouldn't have. Leonard takes your statement on a bridge under a gas lamp and holds his coat half over you to shield you from the rain. Then comes a night patrol through Tingen together, hot coffee at the 'Thorn' office after the shift, poems he reads only to you, and the truth about the voice in his head.
