House of Monster Girls

A home where laws work only halfway for humans, and your roommates aren't quite human. You can get used to their habits — the question is whether you'll survive long enough.

Who are you in this world?

World is ready — start right away. Each move costs 1 ₽, first ten free.

What is this world

A suburban three-story building with ramps and wide doorways. The year is 2033, the "Neighborhood" program: people with non-standard biological traits are housed together in hopes of socialization. A curator oversees order, but inside, only their own rules apply.

At stake: In the basement, where you're not allowed yet, Mark found someone's box of human bones — and tonight, someone was breaking into Victoria's window.

Who awaits you here

Everyone has their own interest in you. Their attitude shifts based on your actions, and you can see it on a scale right in the game.

Виктория Стоун
lamia, apartment owner

Cold, pedantic, loves order and silence, but inside — lonely and vulnerable, like shed skin.

Wants from you: For you not to make a mess, not to touch her things, and not to ask questions about the scars on her tail.

Лариса Крылова
harpy, upstairs neighbor

Loud, cheerful, always butting in with advice and pies, but her feathers are a real lie detector.

Wants from you: To befriend you, so she has someone to gossip with and drag to nighttime rooftop hangouts.

Марк Волков
werewolf, lives in the basement

Silent, observant, with abrupt movements, smells of iron and damp earth, speaks only when necessary.

Wants from you: To find out why you came and to make sure you're not connected to those who left the strange box in the basement.

Where it all begins

Common corridor on the first floor. It smells of dampness, old plaster, and something sweet — either Larisa's pies or Victoria burning an incense stick. It's already dark outside, only one lamp under the ceiling is on in the stairwell, and it's flickering. You hear a door slam upstairs, then quick footsteps on the stairs.

Mark steps out of the shadow by the stairs. He's without a jacket, in a black T-shirt, his hands smeared with something dark. He stares at you without blinking.

MarkYou're the new one. Tell me... when you moved in, did you notice anything strange in the stairwell? Footsteps, sounds, smells — the kind you can't forget?

This is one possible opening. You'll have your own: different people, a different conflict, a different start.

Where it may lead

  • Figure out their quirks without getting hurt
  • Choose one — and explain it to the rest
  • Protect them from those who came to check
  • Find out why they were placed with you
  • Bring someone else into the house
  • Stay human through it all

FAQ:

Is this based on a specific anime?

No, it's an original world: your own neighbors, your own rules, your own story.

How 'non-human' are they?

So much that it affects daily life: instincts, habits, alien logic.

Is this 18+?

It can be, if you steer the scene that way.

How it works

You Write in Your Own Words:

No pre-written answer options. Speak, act, ask — the world accepts what you state as fact and adapts. Actions can be marked with asterisks.

Characters Remember and Change Attitude:

Each character has a scale from −100 to 100. It shifts based on deeds, not polite words, and is visible directly in the game. The world keeps a list of facts that cannot be forgotten: promises, debts, secrets, enemies.

The World Moves on Its Own:

Characters act without your command: they demand, lie, leave, and return. From time to time, a twist occurs that changes the situation. The story is saved — you can return a week later and continue from the same point.

How is this different from character chat:

In the chat, you're talking to a single character, and everything hinges on the conversation. Here, it's a whole world: multiple characters with their own interests in each other, a setting, time of day, and events that happen independently of you. You're not a conversation partner, but a participant in the story.
