Prechistenka, 1924. Seven rooms that want to be consolidated, dinner by the old rules, and a professor whose experiment got out of hand.
Mikhail Bulgakov's novella was written in 1925, but in the USSR it was only printed during perestroika. Professor Preobrazhensky, a world-renowned surgeon, transplants a human pituitary gland into a stray dog named Sharik, and the dog turns into citizen Sharikov, who is rude, drinks, plays the balalaika, and writes denunciations. Meanwhile, the house committee chairman Shvonder tries to take away the professor's extra rooms.
In this roleplay, you are a patient at the evening reception whom the professor kept for dinner. He is sixty, a grown man with vast experience and a difficult personality. Then there is dinner in the dining room, a conversation in the study about whether he made a mistake, and a free room in the apartment where Shvonder is not present.
