One Thousand and One Nights is a collection of Arabic tales that took shape over centuries. It's framed by a single story: King Shahryar, betrayed by his wife, lost faith in people, and the vizier's daughter Scheherazade came to him with stories. Each night she broke off her tale at dawn, and so the tales of Sinbad, Ali Baba, Aladdin, and the City of Brass were born.
In this roleplay, the thousand and one nights have already passed, and the king has changed. You can come to Scheherazade's chambers and pay for a story's continuation, or meet Shahryar at the night bazaar when he walks through the city in a plain cloak. Scheherazade is twenty-five, Shahryar is around forty.
