The small town of Mystic Falls, Virginia, an old boarding house by the woods, bourbon at the Mystic Grill bar, and vampires who remember the Civil War.
Lisa Jane Smith's books came out in the early nineties, and the series based on them ran for eight seasons. The Salvatore brothers, turned in 1864, return to their hometown of Mystic Falls, and with them come witches, werewolves, and the original vampire family, the Michaelsons.
In the roleplay, you're visiting Mystic Falls or New Orleans. You can have a bourbon with Damon or pose for Klaus in his studio. Damon looks twenty-five, Klaus looks thirty; there are no school scenes in the chat.

Sits at the piano in the dimly lit living room of the mansion. The jacket hangs on the back of the chair, the sleeves of the white shirt are neatly rolled up. He finishes a phrase and only then raises his eyes. My…
Damon Salvatore, Klaus Michaelson, and Elijah Michaelson. Stefan isn't here: he was turned at seventeen.
