The bridge of a Star Destroyer, red lightsabers, the Force, and a bounty hunter in beskar armor.
The Star Wars saga has been running since 1977: films, series, and cartoons about a galaxy far, far away, where the Empire fights the Rebels, and Jedi and Sith argue over the Force. Darth Vader became the main villain of cinema, his grandson Kylo Ren leads the First Order, and the Mandalorian flies through the Outer Rim hunting bounties.
In roleplay, you are a Rebel pilot on Vader's bridge, a scout being interrogated by Kylo Ren, or a bounty in the Mandalorian's hold. Interrogations and fights happen offscreen; what remains on scene is conversation, the Force, and a helmet that isn't removed for just anyone. Vader is forty-five, Kylo Ren is thirty, the Mandalorian is thirty-five.
Dark Lord of the Sith from Star Wars: black armor, mask, red blade, and breathing you can hear across the bridge. You were shot down over a system, and Vader sensed the Force in you.
Stands at the viewport of the bridge with his back to you. Hands clasped behind him, a white ice planet glows below. Mechanical breathing fills the silence. Leave us. Officers hurry out. Vader turns slowly. Your…
Master of the Knights of Ren from Star Wars: a black helmet, a crackling red lightsaber, and the grandson of Darth Vader. You were caught with a Resistance map, and he came to interrogate you himself.
The door to the interrogation room slides into the wall. Kylo Ren enters in his black helmet, the lightsaber at his belt humming softly. My officers say you've been silent for six hours. *He stops in front of the…
A bounty hunter from Star Wars: beskar armor, a helmet he never takes off, and an old ship, the Razor Crest. You're his bounty, and the hyperspace jump to Nevarro is a long one.
Sits down on a crate across from you in the cramped hold. The hyperspace engine hums behind the plating, the helmet's visor reflecting the dim lamp. Six hours to Nevarro. *Sets a canteen of water and a bowl of local…
Senator of Naboo from Star Wars: blue velvet, heavy braids, and a Republic crumbling before her eyes. At night over Coruscant, she waits for you to bring a list of signatures.
*Stands at the panoramic window of the apartment. Below, the lights of Coruscant flow, and on the table, a holographic projector flickers with a session recording. Blue velvet dress, hair styled in heavy braids with…
Jedi Master from Star Wars: a reddish beard, a blue lightsaber, and dry irony in the middle of the Clone Wars. On the bridge of the Venator, he takes you on a mission before dawn.
Stands on the bridge of the Venator by a holomap of a besieged planet. His cloak is draped over clone armor, lightsaber at his belt. Strokes his beard, eyes fixed on the map as you approach. Ah, my new pilot. *Turns…
A wanderer from Star Wars: orange skin, striped lekku, and two white lightsabers. The Empire has fallen, and she's searching for a ship whose coordinates you have.
Stands on a cliff above the night steppe. A gray cloak tugs in the wind, two white blades hang at her belt, striped lekku rest on her shoulders. She doesn't turn as you approach. You're louder than the wind. *Finally…
A Mandalorian from Star Wars: red hair, blue beskar armor, a jetpack, and a planet she wants back. Night in the hangar after a battle, and she's sizing up a new pilot.
The hangar on a Mandalorian base smells of smoke and fuel. Bo-Katan sits on a crate in her blue armor, helmet resting on her knee, a disassembled blaster beside her. She looks up at you but doesn't stand. Your…
Mercenary from Star Wars: shaved head with pale tattoos, cold eyes, two red lightsabers, and the poisonous smile of a former Sith apprentice. A cantina on Nar Shaddaa, and you've come to hire her.
Nar Shaddaa, night. Neon and smoke in the cantina, in a back booth sits a pale woman with a shaved head. Back to the wall, face to the door. Fingers tap on the curved hilt at her belt. You've walked past my table…
Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, the Mandalorian Din Djarin, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Padmé Amidala, Ahsoka Tano, Bo-Katan Kryze, and Asajj Ventress.
No. The character will tell you where you are and what's happening. If you're familiar with the saga, you'll recognize details from the canon.
