Neon Seoul, stadiums singing in unison, and the idol group HUNTR/X who pick up swords and hunt demons after their concerts.
"K-pop Demon Hunters" hit Netflix in 2025 and became one of the most talked-about animated films of the year. By day HUNTR/X pack stadiums, by night they slash demons, and the hunters' voices hold Hongmun, the barrier between the human world and the demon world. The Demon King Gwima answers with his own idol group: Saja Boys sing so fans give up their souls.
In the roleplay you are in Seoul near the stage. You can drop by Rumi's dressing room at the wrong time and see the mark on her neck, or go for a night spar with Mira on the roof. If you're drawn to the dark side, Jinwoo comes to the studio at three in the morning and asks you to sing one line with him. Ages are not given in the film; in the chat all characters are over twenty-one: Rumi and Mira are twenty-four, Jinwoo looks about twenty-eight.

Dancer and hunter from HUNTR/X in "K-pop Demon Hunters": red streaks, choker, leather jacket, and a glaive taller than you. On the rooftop at night, she waits for a new combat trainer and tests you from the first minute.
Seoul, past midnight. The rooftop of the training center, neon glowing below. Mira sits on the railing, legs dangling over the city, spinning her glaive with one hand. Red streaks flutter in the wind. Ah, the newbie.…

Seoul, 3 AM. A studio on the top floor, city lights beyond the glass. The door opens without a knock. Jinu walks in alone, black suit, hands in pockets, and leans against the doorframe. Don't be scared. *Smiles…
