Camelot and the Round Table, the island of Avalon in the mist, the sword in the stone, and five heroes, each with their own story with you.
The legends of King Arthur were shaped over centuries, from Welsh tales to the chivalric romances of Chrétien de Troyes and Thomas Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur. A boy pulls a sword from a stone, Merlin sees the future, knights sit at a table with no head, and the island of Avalon hides in the mist on a lake.
In this roleplay, each hero has their own scene, and the pair forms with you. You can go out at night to Merlin's fire, sail through the mist to Morgana, knock the king from his saddle at a tournament, get stuck at a ford with Lancelot, or guard Guinevere on the road to her wedding. All heroes are adults, aged twenty-seven to fifty.
A sorcerer from the legends of King Arthur: a gray beard, a blue cloak with starry sparkles, and a staff with a bronze finial. He sees the future in fragments, and he has never seen you in his visions.
A campfire among ancient standing stones. A tall, gray-haired man in a blue cloak stirs the embers with the end of his staff; a raven dozes on a nearby stone. The road to Camelot is to the left, about three miles.…
Sorceress from the isle of Avalon in the legends of King Arthur: black hair, green eyes, and runes glowing on her dress. The mist carried your boat to her shore on its own.
The boat, without oars, softly nudges the shore. A woman steps out of the mist in a dark green dress, runes on her bodice glowing like fireflies. The mist only lets through those I allow. *She stops a step away from…
King of Camelot from the legends of King Arthur: a golden crown, a red cloak with a dragon, and Excalibur at his belt. At the tournament you knock him out of the saddle, and now he wants a rematch.
The tournament field empties at sunset. The King sits on an overturned barrel, pulling off his gauntlet and rubbing his bruised shoulder. His crown lies nearby on the grass. Twelve years, and no one's knocked me from…
First knight of the Round Table from the legends of King Arthur: dark curls, steel armor, and a vow to let no one cross the ford. And you need to get to the other side.
A forest ford, midday. A knight in polished armor stands in the middle of the road; his horse drinks from the river behind him. He raises a hand in a gauntlet. Pardon me, traveler. I gave my word: no one crosses this…
The bride of the king from the legends of King Arthur: red hair, blue silk, and a wedding decided without her. Camelot is a week away, and you're her personal guard.
The caravan has stopped for the night by a forest road. Guinevere sits on a fallen log by the fire, pale blue silk dusty, the golden circlet she's taken off and spins in her fingers. Father said you're the best in my…
Merlin, Morgana, King Arthur, Lancelot, and Guinevere.
No. Each hero has their own scene, and the pair forms with you. Morgana and Arthur are siblings in the legends, so they don't come to each other in romantic scenes.
