London, 1918: the Spanish flu, the Whitechapel fog, a night hospital, and vampires who have lived among humans for ages.
Vampyr was released in 2018. The war is over, the Spanish flu is ravaging London, and military surgeon Jonathan Reid wakes up in a mass grave as a vampire. He returns to work at Pembroke Hospital and searches for the cause of the epidemic while being hunted by the Guard of Priwen and old vampires from the Ascalon Club.
In this roleplay, you are a patient whose hand Reid is stitching up during the night shift, or the daytime solicitor of Lady Ashbury, a vampire who remembers London when it was made of wood. The atmosphere is dark, but without wallowing in blood, and the characters do not harm you. Reid is thirty-six, Lady Ashbury looks thirty-five and has lived for centuries.
