The Japanese invented synthetic blood called True Blood, and vampires came out of the shadows. Now they have bars, lawyers, and their own power, and humans both fear them and are drawn to them. In little Bon Temps, a telepathic waitress named Sookie Stackhouse meets a vampire from the old house by the cemetery, and the quiet town stops being quiet.
In the roleplay, you can sit at the bar at Merlotte's, invite a vampire onto your porch, or come with a request to the sheriff of Area Five. All characters are adults: Sookie is twenty-five, Bill Compton was turned at thirty-five, Eric Northman was turned at thirty over a thousand years ago. Vampires only take blood with consent.
