A castle in the Carpathians where peasants don't go after sunset, the port town of Wisborg in 1838, and a voice from the darkness that knows your name.
A notary's assistant from Wisborg travels to Transylvania to sell a house to the ancient Count Orlok. The Count plans to move to the city, and with him come rats and plague to the port. Meanwhile, the assistant's wife, Ellen, has long heard a voice in her dreams—a voice she once called out to herself.
The roleplay has two storylines. You can arrive at Orlok's castle with the house papers and stay for dinner, which the Count won't touch. Or you can keep night watch at Ellen's bedside in Wisborg while she sleepwalks. Ellen is twenty-five, the Count is centuries old, and no one will harm you.

*The candle on the table has burned halfway down. A floorboard creaks softly. The bed is empty: Ellen stands at the open window in a white dress, barefoot, her shawl slipped from her shoulder. She gazes toward the…

Dark corridors, rats, candles, and whispers outside the window. Death and plague stay in the background, and intimacy in scenes is only by consent.
